Cassava Flour 64%, Rice Flour 31%, Baking Powder 4%, Salt 1%


  • 1 cup Mix
  • 3/4 cup Water


Step 1 : HEAT

Pour about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil into wide and deep nonstick pan. Heat oil between 350F-360F (on medium high heat).

Step 2 : PREPARE

Pour mix into a bowl and add water. Mix well. May add a little more water if you feel the mix is too thick and can add more premix for a thicker batter.

Step 3 : DIP

Add vegetables or protein of choice into the batter and gently slide into the hot oil. Be careful not to drop as oil can splatter. It is recommended to fry about 4-5 pieces at a time. Deep fry 2-4 minutes or until cooked through. Turn once half way through.

Step 4 : DRAIN

Drain vegetables or protein on a wire rack or on papertowels.

Step 5 : Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
