Cassav Flour 57%, Rice Flour 23%. Sugar 14%, Cassava Starch 11%, Baking Powder 3%, Salt 1%, Xanthan Gum 0.5%


  • 1 cup Mix
  • 5 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs



Step 1

Heat pancake griddle to 375F (medium heat). Lightly butter griddle.

Step 2

Whisk eggs together well. Add milk and vegetable oil and mix well. Mix in pancake mix. MEASURE pancake mix into a cup and level off. POUR slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.

Step 3

Cook 1 1/2 minutes - 2 minutes per side. Pancakes will be easy to lift with spatula once they are ready to be flipped. Cook until golden.
