  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs


Step 1

HEAT oven to 320F.

Step 2

MIX eggs, vegetable oil, and premix With a whisk, beat eggs until fluffly and add vegetable oil and milk mixing well. Add premix and mix well.

Step 3

PREPARE In a non-stick pan, place baking cups in 12 regular sized muffin cups, or grease bottoms of mufifn cups with cooking sprak to keep from sticking.

Step 4

BAKE Divide batter among muffin cups, about 3/4 each. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden, or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
