UBE Group has been awarded a plaque by the Department of Mental Health, recognizing it as a company that takes excellent care of its employees.

Mr. Suphat​ Jeensuksaeng, Executive Vice President of Corporate Human Resource and Organization Development of Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited or UBE (3rd from left), a Thailand’s leading manufacturer and distributor of processed cassava products, received the Outstanding Establishment Network Award in driving the care of employees for the year 2023 from Dr. Amporn Benjaphonpitak, Director General of the Department of Mental Health (4th from left), as a company that attaches importance to caring for its employees, who are the heart of the organization, through activities to create health in the workplace.

UBE continues to carry out activities such as building campaign to raise awareness on mental health, counseling for employees, managing emotions and stress, and building mental strength to lead to the creation of a happy organizational culture.

The activity is part of the workshop project to promote the strategy of creating a network of mentally healthy citizens under the primary health care system “Join together to create strength, Sustainable Thai Mental Health Better Mental Health Care For all”. The event recently organized by the Mental Health Promotion and Development Division, Department of Mental Health at Prince Palace Hotel, Mahanak, Bangkok.
