  • 200 g Brownie Cassava Flour Mix
  • 2 Eggs (Large)
  • 115 g Unsalted butter
  • Sliced almonds (for topping)
Process
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
3. Add melted butter into a mixing bowl.
4. Stir in Tasuko Brownie Cassava Flour Mix and mix until blended.
5. Pour the batter into baking pan. Sprinkle sliced almonds oven the top.
6. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes, until toothpick insertedd in center comes out clean.
7. Let the brownie cool in pan before slicing. Enjoy!
