Ingredient
  • 200 g Butter Cupcake Cassava Flour Mix
  • 2 Eggs (Large)
  • 90 g Fresh milk
  • 70 g Unsalted butter
Process
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Mix room temperature butter with eggs, mixing well.
3. Add Tasuko Butter Cupcake Cassava Flour Mix and milk mix together until combined.
4. Pour batter into muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.
5. Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick is inseted and comes out clean.
6. Set aside to cool.
7. For the forsting , use room temperature butter and put in a mixer at high speed.
8. Add powdered sugar to the forsting an continue mixing until smooth.
9. Spoon frosting into a piping bag. Pipe frosting on top of the cooled cupcakes.
