Ingredient
  • 200 g Banana Cake Cassava Flour Mix
  • 2 Eggs (Large)
  • 200 g Ripe banana, mashed
  • 50 g Rice bran oil
Process
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. mix eggs well with the wisk
3. Add rice bran oil and mix into the eggs.
4. Add Tasuko Banana Cake Cassava Flour Mix and mix well.
5. In separate bowl, peel and mesh a ripe banana. Add to batter and mix well.
6. Using a non-stick pan, pour batter in and place an oven.
7. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
