Ingredient
- 200 g Crepe Cake Cassava Flour Mix
- 4 Eggs (Large)
- 200 g Fresh milk
- 60 g Unsalted butter
Process
1. Mix eggs and melted butter well by whisk.
2. Add milk and mix together.
3. Add Tasuko Crepe Cake Cassava Flour Mix.
4. Strain the batter through a fine-mesh sieve.
5. Place a pan on low heat and add batter to coat the pan.
6. Pour batter into the pan to form the crepe and cook throuh. Set aside.
7. To make frosting, add whipped cream and caster sugar in a bowl and mix well until peaks form. Set asside.
8. To form the cake, stack crepes on top of each other with forsting between each layer.
9. Finish off with desired topping.
