Ingredient
- 500 g Middle chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Premium fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Ground pepper
- 1 tbsp Crispy frying flour (highlight ingredient)
- Palm or vegetable oil for frying
Process
1. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly to clean them.
2. Prepare for marination by using a fork to poke holes in the wings, allowing the marinade to seep into the meat.
3. Mix the marinade by combining fish sauce, granulated sugar, and ground pepper in a bowl. Coat the wings evenly with the mixture.
4. Add the crispy coating by sprinkling crispy frying flour over the marinated wings and mixing until they are evenly coated. Allow the wings to marinate for 20–30 minutes.
5. Heat the oil over medium heat. Avoid high heat to prevent the outside from burning before the inside is fully cooked.
6. Fry the chicken wings until they are cooked through. Increase the heat briefly toward the end to achieve a golden-brown color and to remove excess oil.
7. Drain and serve by placing the wings on paper towels to absorb any remaining grease. Enjoy immediately while they are hot and crispy!
