Recipe: Chocolate cake with Organic Cassava Flour, Tasuko brand

Ingredient
- 40 g Caster sugar
- 30 g Organic cassava flour
- 16 g Rice flour
- 8 g Cocoa powder
- 3 g Vanilla powder
- 2.3 g Baking powder
- 1 g Salt
- 0.5 g Xanthan gum
- 50 g Fresh milk
- 1 Egg (Large)
- 35 g Melted unsalted butter
For forsting
- 270 g Unsalted butter
- 30 g Powdered sugar
Process
1. Prepare dry ingredients (Organic cassava flour, Rice flour, Cocoa powder, Vanilla powder, Baking powder, Salt and Xanthan gum) and mix them together.
2. Beat eggs aad dry ingredients and milk, mix well.
3. Add melted unsalted butter and mix until blended.
4. Pour batter into pan, filling 3/4 full.
5. For frosting, put butter in a mixer at high speed add powdered sugar to mixing until smooth.
*Recommended to bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or time depends on size.
