Ingredient
  • 27 g Organic tapioca starch
  • 27 g Rice flour
  • 27 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 18 g Organic cassava flour
  • 0.25 g Xanthan gum
  • 70 ml Hot water
Process
1. Prepare dry ingredients (Organic cassava flour, Rice flour, Glutenous rice flour, Organic tapioca starch and Xanthan gum) and mix them together.
2. Add hot water to the dry ingredients, and knead by hand.
3. Cut the dough into small pieces. rolled into a thin sheet add filling , and fold with dumpling dough.
4. Place dumplings on the pan. Add water and oil to the pan (mix 5 g of oil per 150 g of water), the amount of water and oil depends on the amount. Close the lid until cooked
