Recipe: Scone with Organic Cassava Flour, Tasuko brand

Ingredient
- 61 g Organic cassava flour
- 18 g Caster sugar
- 15 g Rice flour
- 3 g Vanilla powder
- 1.5 g Baking powder
- 1 g Salt
- 0.5 g Xanthan gum
- 70 g Whipped cream
- 25 g Cold water
Process
1. Prepare dry ingredients (Organic cassava flour, Caster sugar, Rice flour, Vanilla powder, Baking powder, Salt and Xanthan gum) and mix them together.
2. Mix butter and dry ingredients. Let's mix together with a fork.
3. Add whipping cream to the batter, and fold them together with your hands be careful not to press too hard.
4. Roll up to about 1 inch tall, wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Take the mold and press the dough into pieces. Place on a tray with parchment paper.
6. Coat with egg yolk on top scone and bake.
*Recommended to bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes and time depends on size
