Ingredient
  • 33 g Organic cassava flour
  • 8 g Rice flour
  • 16 g Corn starch
  • 5.8 g Baking powder
  • 32 g Caster sugar
  • 4 g Vanilla powder
  • 13 g Rice bran oil
  • 30 g Fresh milk
  • 90 g Egg (Large)
  • 1 g Salt
Process
1. Prepare dry ingredients (Organic flour, Rice flour, Corn starch, Baking powder and Salt) and mix them together.
2. In a medium bowl,beat Eggs, Caster sugar, Milk, Vanilla powder and Rice bran oil mix well.
3. Wrap and hold in the refrigerator to set the dough for about 30 minutes.
4. Pour 2 tablespoon of batter onto medium heat pan,Wait until the buble is formed.
5. then filp it (Cover the lid of the pot every time while putting the batter into the pan). Put the pancake in the plate topped with honey and fresh fruits.Enjoy!
