Ingredient
- 56 g Organic cassava flour
- 40 g Caster sugar
- 2 g Baking soda
- 1 g Vanilla powder
- 1 g Salt
- 65 g Unsalted butter
- 70 g Fresh milk
- 1 Egg (Large)
Process
1. Prepare dry ingredients (Organic cassava flour, Baking soda, Salt and Vanilla powder) and mix them together.
2. In a seperate bowl, beat egg whites. add caster sugar and after that, beat until the egg whites form peaks.
3. Take the yolks and mix with milk and melted butter.
4. Put the mixture in the waffle machine.
5. Fold the egg whites with an electric whisk into the flour mixture.
6. Pour the mixture into the waffle mold. Corn, raisins, or other grains may be added to your liking. Bake the waffles over medium heat when done, then turn and bake the other side until done.
