Ingredient
  • 52 g Organic cassava flour
  • 39 g Powdered sugar
  • 6 g Rice flour
  • 2 g Salt
  • 1 g Baking powder
  • 1 g Baking soda
  • 1 Egg (Large)
  • 100 g Ripe banana, mashed
  • 35 g Rice bran oil
Process
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Prepare dry ingredients (Organic cassava flour, Powdered sugar, Rice flour, Salt, Baking powder and Baking soda) and mix them together.
3. with the wisk, mix eggs well.
4. Add Rice bran oil and mix into the eggs.
5. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
6. In separate bowl, peel and mesh a ripe banana. Add to batter and mix well.
7. Using a non-stick pan, pour batter in and place an oven.
8. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
