20+
Hour
We collaborate with local farmers to educate and provide practical training on internationally accepted farming practices.
10+
Project
We invest in irrigation systems to support farmers in drought-prone or water-scarce areas.

Closed Loop Production

Reuse wastewater and cassava residue from the cassava starch production process into raw materials for biogas production which has a total of 3 systems

Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB)
Receiving waste water from the tapioca starch production capacity of
5,000 m3/day
Cover Lagoon Baffle Reactor (CLBR)
Receiving cassava residue from the cassava starch factory and an ethanol
Production Plant of 840 tons / day
and also receive wastewater from the tapioca starch factory for another 5,000 cubic meters / day
Activated Sludge Treatment (AS)
Receive waste from factory that passes through the UASB system (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) and the CLBR system (Covered Lagoon Bio Reactor) for further treatment, using methods that imitate nature by using microorganisms and aeration.

“Biogas Produced Will be Used for Many Purpose”

Used as fuel in boilers of tapioca starch and ethanol plants.
Electricity generation capacity of 1.9 megawatts sold to the Provincial Electricity Authority
Generate electricity with a capacity of 5.6 megawatts for use within the Group's operations
